OUR REFUND POLICY:
All purchases of grocery items are final. All requests for refunds for damaged products upon delivery should be communicated to us in writing email to AfrikanMarkets.com-email within one-day of the receipt of your package. Please include your transaction number in the subject line. A photo of the item destroyed beyond use upon arrival to you must be attached to the email. Refunds will be processed only with the full required information and only for items destroyed beyond use upon arrival. Please Do not attempt to return grocery items.
OUR DELIVERY POLICY:
All orders placed before 11 am are shipped the next business day. All shipments within the United States are made within 5 days.
