OUR REFUND POLICY:
All purchases of grocery items are final. All request for refunds for damaged products upon delivery should be communicated to us in writing email to AfrikanMarkets.com-email within one-day of your receipt of your package. Please include your transaction number in the subject line. A photo of the item destroyed beyond use upon arrival to you must be attached to the email. Refunds will be processed only with full required information and only for items destroyed beyond use upon arrival. Please Do not attempt to return grocery items.
